Maple-Soy Marinated Grilled Salmon

Salmon and shrimp are our family's favorite seafood. This recipe for salmon is simple and the sweet soy marinade is a hit with the kids.

Maple-Soy Marinated Grilled Salmon

2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 garlic clove, minced
You can easily double this recipe if you have more salmon!

Combine ingredients in shallow pan and marinate salmon, flesh side down for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Place salmon skin side down on foil and pour some marinade on top. Grill for 15 minutes on low grill. Enjoy!
