I am all about sharing inspiration ---whether it be great recipes, creative and helpful ideas, good thoughts or awesome places to visit. Recently during a walk, a friend of mine mentioned making rosemary chicken while her parents were in town. She added dijon mustard to her marinade, which I'll try next time. You just can't go wrong with chicken, garlic and herbs....
Grilled Rosemary Chicken Thighs
5 trimmed chicken thighs
2 cloves minced garlic
2 sprigs fresh chopped rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Place chicken thighs in plastic zip lock bag. Stir garlic, rosemary, olive oil and salt together in bowl then add to chicken thighs. Smoosh it all together in the bag and let marinate in fridge for 2 + hours. Grill over medium heat on grill. Enjoy!
