I've always wanted to try Ina's Challah French Toast and it was delicious!
I altered the recipe as follows~it was still moist without as many eggs and perhaps a bit sweeter than Ina's.
Challah French Toast
1 loaf day old challah, cut in 1 inch slices
1 cup lowfat milk
3 eggs
1/4 c brown sugar
1 t vanilla
Mix all the ingredients and soak bread on each side for 1 minute, saute in a little butter until brown.
