Grilled Chicken and Zucchini for Dinner

Sunny Paris Seasoning from Penzeys Spices is awesome

Grilled Chicken

4 chicken breasts, cut in half length wise
5 chicken thighs
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon Sunny Paris Seasoning (Penzey's Spices)
olive oil

Slice chicken breasts in half length wise so you have two thin chicken breasts (because chicken breasts are so huge these days, it's great to make one into two!)

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and Sunny Paris Seasoning from Penzeys spices- it is an awesome blend of shallots, chives, dill, basil, tarragon and chervil.
Grill on outside grill on medium for 5 minutes per side.
I always grill more chicken than we can eat in a meal- it is awesome as a protein tossed with some sort of greens for lunch the next day!

Grilled Zucchini

5 zucchini
olive oil
garlic salt

Slice zucchini in 1/8 inch slices. Drizzle with olive oil and garlic salt. Grill on medium grill for 5 minutes first side, flip and grill 3 more minutes.
