Roasted Broccoli
2 "heads" broccoli
6 cloves garlic, cut in half lengthwise
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
kosher salt
pepper
Wash and cut broccoli into small florets. Place on foiled lined cookie sheet and distribute garlic throughout. Drizzle olive oil over all the broccoli and garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes until broccoli is soft and brown on edges. Enjoy snitching the stalks off the pan, they are so good! And for you die-hard garlic fans, you can eat those, too.
