Easy and Healthy Shrimp Salad

Try this delicious salad

Shrimp Salad
1 cup frozen shrimp, thawed
handful of butter lettuce
2 persian cucumbers
1/2 avocado, cubed

2 T lemon juice
3 T olive oil 
1 small shallot minced 
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
chopped dill

Toss the ingredients together and enjoy!
