Antipasto Platter

Happy Friday! If you have any plans to meet friends this weekend and want an easy and delicious appetizer to share over drinks, an antipasto platter is it!  It's all about finding really good (you know, like Ina always says about her olive oil) cured meats, cheeses, crackers and marinated veggies and assembling them in a pretty way on a platter.  We have a wonderful local specialty grocery that has amazing meats, cheeses and olives where we got most of the items for our Antipasto Platter, but Trader Joe's also carries lovely cheeses and breadsticks.

We enjoyed these antipasto platters before Thanksgiving dinner and then the next night when we gathered with all our son's friends and their parents for a wonderful mini-reunion of the boys on their first visit home from college- such fun!

Antipasto Platter Ideas
